How to Place An Order

1. SHOPPING CART CHECK-OUT 

When you confirm the shopping cart and agree to check-out, Twinkle Twinkle website will invite you to join our membership.

As a member, you will receive our first-hand product info and offers, and every purchase you made can accumulate as little stars in exchange for discount coupons (except for discounted products and special sets).  You can also log-in your account at anytime to check your order status. Our system will record your previous shipping address for your next order. 

If you have a discount code, please enter it at the discount codes section on the right and press [Apply button] , the system will then re-calculate your purchase value after the discount. After confirming all the information, please proceed to the next page. 


2. SHIPPING 

On the next page, your email and mailing address will appear on the top, please begin to choose the shipping method in the section below.

 


3. SHIPPING OPTIONS

If your purchase is NT$600 or more, the system will automatically choose “Shunfeng Express” for free shipping service. If your order is less than NT$600 , you will be charged NT$80 or more according to the delivery method you choose. 

[Taiwan Outlying Areas Shipping Instructions]- Wuhu, Jinmen, Mazu, Green Island

One time cost for items of a volume of 90 cm or less is NT$180-220, and based on the deliverable locations of T-cats home delivery.

[Hong Kong, Macao regional shipping instructions]

You can choose EMS Express International Express  or International Postal Package:

✪ If you only buy makeup items, small combinations or jewelry stickers (excluding liquid bottles), the estimated weight is around 1kg

✪ If you wish to buy 2 sets of makeup, hair products or bath products, which are packed in liquid bottles, the weight of the goods is heavier, the estimated shipping shipping weight will be around 2 kg.

✪ If the items weigh more than the estimated kg during actual mailing, we will confirm the order and shipping cost with you again before shipment.

✪Estimated International shipping time for HK and Macao area will be: 

EMS Express International Express  - Expected to arrive in 3 to 5 days International Postal Package  - Expected to arrive 7-10 days

4. ORDER PROCESS TIME

We will ship your order within 3 working days, longer delivery time is expected if the purchase is placed on weekends, national holidays or if the selected items are out of stock.

If you are located in Taipei City or New Taipei City, and you want to receive the order faster,  you can choose the "Moto Express Delivery" or "T-Cats Delivery" service for an additional fee.

We process orders only on business day, Monday to Friday, up to 3:00 pm, any orders after 3:00 pm will be processed on the next business day.

Order placed on weekend holidays and national holiday are process on the next working day.

Example:

  • If an order is placed between Thursday 3pm to Friday 3pm
    - this order will be processed on Friday and shipped on the following Monday.
  • If an order is placed between Friday 3pm - Monday 12am
    - this order will be processed on the following Monday and shipped on Tuesday.

✪ Pre-order / Special Order's shipping date will be announced separately.

✪ For urgent orders, It is recommended to use [T-Cats Delivery Service] for priority delivery, and please inform the customer service in the order note.

The above delivery time is for normal delivery situations.  We are not responsible for any unforseen delays from the carrier service. 

✪ Please pay attention for  "payment on delivery" orders (For Taiwan Only)

The customer service will confirm the shipment with you before processing the shipment. Please be sure to leave the correct mobile number. If we can't reach you for more than 2 weeks, we will cancel your order. 

Due to the system settings, please help us to manually select [T-Cats Delivery] shipping method for Payment on delivery, SF Express does not provide such service yet!!

5. PAYMENT

All currency value are in TWD New Taiwan Dollar

What are your payment options?

  • Apple Pay - please open the official website with Safari
  • Google Pay
  • Payment on delivery (please leave the correct phone number, we will confirm with you before shipping) - Not applicable for overseas orders

After pressing [Confirmed Order], if you select online credit card, the system will take you to the encrypted credit card swipe page. After the card is charged, it will indicate that the order has been established. 

Please use the online credit card payment method for oversea orders. Order will be processed after the checkout payment is completed.

6. ORDER CONFIRMATION - Email or Text message

The system will automatically send the [Order Established Notice] to your email account or your mobile text message.  If you did not received our Order Established Notice within an half an hour or if you want to revise or cancel your order, please contact our customer service personnel as soon as possible!

If you still have problems placing order through our online store, we also accept order over the phone for customers in Taiwan. You can call our customer service every Monday-Friday between 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
