HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER (EN)

Shopping process: choose products  and add to shopping cart→proceed to shopping cart checkout → fill in member information → select shipping method → ​​select payment method → order completed

1. When you proceed to checkout page, Twinkle Twinkle website will invite you to join our membership. The benefits of our membership are that you will receive our first-hand new products and promotional information , and the amount of each orders (except welfare products and special offers) can be rewarded as star reward points . You can also log in to your account to check your order status, we highly recommend that you apply one. 

2. After entering each information and confirming the details of your order, click 【Select Shipping Method】 to proceed to the next step .

    3. Please confirm the name and address of the consignee, and  click on the shipping method. If you have a discount coupon code that needs to be discounted, please enter and apply it in the discount code column, and the system will automatically discount it. Please confirm the content again , press [Select Payment Method] to enter the next step , all orders are settled in TWD.
    If you choose **cash on delivery** order, please note that the customer service will arrange the shipment after confirming with you by phone, please be sure to leave the correct mobile phone number. *Reminder: An additional of NT$25-30 handling fee will be charged for cash on delivery orders. 

    Instructions for shipping charges in the Taiwan Main Island area
    For purchases over NT$600, and paid by credit card. The system will automatically use "SF Express" as the primary delivery service. If the purchase is less than NT$600, a shipping fee of more than NT$80 will be charged according to the delivery method.
    If you want to receive the product earlier, you can choose other additional carrier services such as "Taipei City Express" or "iCat Express" in the shipping column.
    Explanation of shipping charges for Penghu, Kinmen, Matsu, and Green Island in Taiwan's outlying islands
    The shipping fee for items under 90cm in volume is NT$180-220 per shipment, based on the shipping areas announced by iCat Express.

    Taiwan Shipping Time Description
    The order cut-off time is at 3:00 pm from Monday to Friday on business days, and orders after 3pm will be regarded as orders for the next working day. Orders on weekends, holidays and national holidays will be process on the next normal working day.
    Example:
    Orders placed after 3:00 pm on Thursday - before 3:00 pm on Friday will be listed as Friday's orders and will be shipped on the following Monday.
     Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. on Friday - before 24:00 p.m. on Sunday will be listed as orders for the following Monday and will be shipped on Tuesday.
    Pre-order/unfulfilled items- The delivery date of these kinds of order will be notified separately. If there are pre-order/unfulfilled items in the order, we will fulfilled the order as soon as we receive the products. If you need to split the order, please contact customer service. If the order amount for the split order does not reached NT$600, the customer will be charged additional shipping cost. 
    Urgent shipment - It is recommended to use [Black Neko Delivery Service or iCat ] for delivery , and please inform the customer service in the order remarks.
    The delivery time above is based on the general delivery situation, if there is any delay, it will be based on the delivery time of the carrier. 

    Shipping charges in Hong Kong and Macau
    In Hong Kong and Macau,  SF Express is the main carrier for all international delivery, and due to pandemic, please note that there might be delay in delivery ,  thank you for your understanding .

    4. You can choose the following payment methods:

    • Online credit card payment
    • Apply Pay (please use Safari browser) / Master pass / Google pay
    • Please  note that all international orders must be pay in full before delivery. 

      5. Once you Select your payment method and please press 【Order Confirmation】to proceed to payment page: 

      Credit card payment - the system will take you to the encrypted credit card page, and when your credit card information is verified, the transaction will complete the payment procedure, which also means that the order has been established.
      After the order is established, the system will automatically send an "order confirmation" email or text message to you, If you do not receive the order confirmation notice within one hour or find that the order content is incorrect, please contact customer service as soon as possible!

      **For international orders outside of Taiwan, please use online credit card payment, and the order will be shipped only after the payment is completed**

      We will process your order within three working days after the order is completed (excluding weekly holidays and national holidays), and the delivery date of the pre-order/unfulfilled order will be notified separately.

      Order by phone

      For Taiwanese customers who are unfamiliar with online shopping, we can also accept your order by phone, please call the customer service hotline between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm from Monday to Friday: 02-2883-3783, and a customer service staff will be at your service!
