Shipping / return instructions
- Select products- add to shopping cart- fill in member information- choose shipping method- choose payment method- order confirmation.
- If there is a discount code, please enter it in the shopping cart page, the system will automatically discount it, and then select the payment method to complete the order. One order is limited to one set of discount codes and cannot be used together.
- If you want to make a group purchase, please email to service@twinkletwinkle.com.tw , we will send you a group purchase order form.
Calculation of shipping cost (please fill in the shipping cost of your region correctly when you check out )
- Shipping fee is free for orders over NT$600 in the main island of Taiwan. If the free shipping standard is not met, the system will charge NT$80-100 for shipping according to the delivery method, and a handling fee of NT$25-30 per order will be charged for cash on delivery orders.
- For Taiwan's outlying islands with a volume of less than 90cm, the single shipping fee is NT$200, mainly based on the delivery area announced by iCat's and SF Express' Delivery Service
- Overseas Delivery in Asia region is calculated from NT$350 and above, please contact customer service for regions outside Asia, We will need to know the exact delivery address to provide a shipping estimates.
- Online credit card payment - After confirming that the order is correct, if you choose online credit card payment, the system will link to the HiTrust secure and confidential page, please enter the required credit card information in order. Please be sure to fill in the correct information in detail to facilitate the bank to review the credit card information. The data transmission of online credit card is encrypted by SSL certificate and VISA 3D secure transaction, which effectively protects your data security. For oversea orders, please use online credit card payment ONLY
- Cash on delivery - This is only provided for orders in Taiwan.
After confirming that the order is correct, select "Cash on Delivery", you must leave the correct mobile phone number, we will call you to confirm the order content after receiving your order, and it will be shipped within three working days after confirming that the order is correct. Upon the delivery, Please provide cash to the delivery personnel upon signing the receipt. If we can not reach you for more than three times, we will cancel your order. - Apple Pay / Google Pay

- The invoice will be issued after the payment is completed and attached with your order. If the orderer is different from the recipient, the invoice will be sent to the orderer at the end of the month.
Shipping instructions
We will ship to your appointed address within three working days after receiving the order (excluding weekends and national holidays). In order to ensure the quality of our products, we will properly examine and pack the products you ordered. Upon receiving your order, Please unbox it immediately and confirm the condition of the products. If the products cannot be delivered after two deliveries, and the company can't reach you over 3 days, we will cancel your order. Should you have express delivery request, it is recommended that you choose iCat as your delivery carrier, or please contact us and we will help you to switch to other express carrier service with additional charges.

- For non-member orders, if you leave an E-MAIL when ordering, the system will send a shipping notification letter to your mailbox after the product is shipped. The content of the letter will include a logistics tracking code and an inquiry URL
- According to Taiwan'sConsumer Protection Law, Online shopping consumers can enjoy the rights of 7-day commodity appreciation period. (Please note: the appreciation period is not a trial period)
- Consumers must apply for a return or exchange within seven days of the arrival of the order, and the returned products must be in new and complete condition and the outer packaging must be kept intact.
- If the package is damaged , scratched , dirty, or has signs of unsealing or use due to human factors caused by consumers' improper use, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
- In the following cases, you can return and exchange the products unconditionally: 1. When you received the wrong products 2. The product is defective or damaged during delivery.
- When returning or exchanging the products, in addition to the fact that the product must be intact, consumers must also attach the original invoice and delivery note. If the invoice is lost, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.
- Consumers can email our customer service mailbox service@twinkletwinkle.com.tw to apply for return and exchange, please inform your order number, contact person, reason for return and exchange, and we will contact the applicant for follow-up matters as soon as receiving the application. Consumers who return or exchange products due to personal reasons must bear the shipping cost of the return and exchange.
- After the company receives and done the product inspection, the refund operation will be carried out according to your original payment method.
Consumers who use ATM transfer or cash on delivery - we will remit the money by bank transfer within seven working days after receiving the returned products . Consumers who paid by credit card - Once the credit card company complete the payment at the end of the month , they will proceed the refund to the credit card you charged for this order.
